Customers will receive a one time preventative maintenance visit



- which includes; A general check of all electrical operations and components , filter check and change if needed (filter supplied by customer), drain line check and cleaning with pan tabs(suction of line if necessary), check refrigerant "freon" pressures/levels, Visual refrigerant leak check, inspection and tighten any components found loose, check of amps and voltage of all components, temp check of vents.
