Residential Gold Preventative Maintenance Package

Customers with the Gold contract get two preventative maintenance visits for one year(bi annual, every 6 months)



-which includes; Complete check of all electrical operations and components, filter check and change if needed( filter supplied by customer),inspect and tighten any components found loose, check of amps and voltage of all components, drain line check and cleaning with pan tabs, cleaning of condenser coil with coil cleaner solution, check and change of UV light (light provided by customer), Spray self-rinsing cleaning solution on evaporator coils, check refrigerant "freon" pressures/levels, Visual refrigerant leak check, as a gold package customer you will receive x2 Free service calls valued at $198 (*during office hours), and 10% off repairs. *discount and services offered will expire one year after purchase. A curtesy call will be made to schedule the first appointment, after which it will be the customer's responsibility to call.


* Our terms state if you purchased or were given any of the services stated ,such as the labor warranty, maintenance contracts or health checks, it will be voided if any other company other than Nicks Air Conditioning and Heating works on the unit while the service agreement is active. To maintain the services active ONLY Nicks Air Conditioning and Heating can work on the unit the services are for.
